A bit about me and what I do:

Hi, I’m Emma

I’m a career coach who works with Marketers and Creatives, helping them to get greater clarity on their career paths and confidently navigate the steps needed to create change.

In my 25 years in Business, Training, Recruitment and now Career Coaching, I’ve interviewed and worked with thousands of people on a variety of different career journeys.

Over that time, I’ve come to understand the fundamentals of what makes people tick, how they choose (or reject) their careers, how they represent and talk through their experience and ultimately, how they can confidently position themselves for success. 

From these experiences, I’ve built a wealth of knowledge about how to successfully navigate the employment market.
